Hi there,
When my Father got a soldering station I really started wondering on what robots I could make.
The Skitterbot was the first thing I made. I have been thinking about building a larger robot maybe 2'x1'.
I have been working on a robot out of cardboard with continuous rotation servos for motors and wheels from a Parallax Boe-Bot. Please comment on any good designs you see.

Candid Camera

In Home Security the big priority is to make your home secure. In that way I have equipped (with help from my brother) our house with 4 Security Cameras. One IP Pan-Tilt-Zoom camera in the center of the house views  the front door, the hallway, the school-room, and the kitchen. One box style camera gaurds the garage passenger door. And last but not least two mini cameras watch the path around the house, the gate that goes to the neighbors, and the entrance way near the fence. The monitors for the latter three are in our garage and the IP camera displays on any of our pc's. I purchased the PTZ camera from Airlink 101 for a little above $100.
the box camera is from Palmvid. And the two mini cameras are from Harbor Freight Tools.

Arduino Shields

Any of you have an Arduino? If you do, do you have any shields for it? Well,I in fact have two.A voice shield and a LED shield. The Voice Shield is from Spikenzie labs and has on-board memory and capability for four minutes of sound. The led shield has some 126 LEDs that you can blink individually. Please chime in on anything cool.

Raspberry Pi

Hi there,
Have any of you folks seen or heard of the Raspberry Pi? It's a $25 computer the size of a credit card and I just read that they have started production! After a five-month delay it is about time they started cranking them out.
